SKZ Model School Thamacho became a symbol of hope for the residents of Thamacho village in Tissar, Shigar valley Gilgit Baltistan.

Thamacho village had to face several difficulties throughout its whole evolution being a remote region.

The geographical isolation of Thamcho made it challenging to establish and maintain schools, transport teachers and students, and provide necessary resources.
Thamcho Had no proper roads and it was cut off from the National stream.
Many families in Thamcho could comprehend the value of education or the opportunities it can provide.
People had to walk for Kilometers in order to gather necessary resources.

Thamacho New Horizon: SKZ Paves the Way with Education

This was the first-ever school adopted by Saya-E-Khuda-E-Zuljlal in Gilgit Baltistan.
Abandoned Infrastructure was changed into a school initially.
SKZ made sure that each and every student of Thamcho got into the SKZ model school.
Bringing qualified teachers and staff, for providing quality education to these diamonds of Thamacho village.

In Thamacho, we’ve also set up a computer lab, introducing young minds to the world of technology and digital learning.

What we Need

SKZ wants to paint the Thamcho model school and for that, we need PKR 60,000 or £160
Partitions of classrooms are to be done requiring around PKR 100,000 or £270.

Provide a teacher

You can also provide a teacher by sponsoring PKR 10000 or £30 monthly.
